Unless it requires complex packing to ensure its safe shipping, we aim to process and ship orders in 1-2 business days within Kathmandu, Nepal, and about the next 3-5 business days outside the valley or for international orders, provided the order is received by 2pm NPT Time (GMT+5:45), otherwise, we will notify our customers if we are facing any unforeseen delays. We ship either FedEx, UPS, or TNT as you specify outside Nepal. Due to the weight and size of some items, free shipping for orders over $500 is generated automatically only for international orders. The standard shipping charge for international orders is $35; for local orders within the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal it is around 150 NP, however, the prices vary outside the valley. Return and Exchange Policy:
No refunds are allowed, only exchanges
Return and exchange are only available on items that are returned in restock-able condition. For returns, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged/
Jewelry Order: Please contact us immediately for any exchange after receiving the item. Return goods within 7 to 10 days to be eligible for an exchange.
Crystal Order: Please note that only items that may have been misplaced/misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Other than that, crystals and healing stones cannot be
returned nor exchanged.
Customers are responsible for the postage fees and insurance for returning items to the seller. Customers are also responsible for both postage fees for exchanging items, i.e. Postage to
send your item to us and postage for exchanged goods to be returned to you.
Due to the value of goods, each item must be returned to us with a tracking service.
We are sorry but NO returns are accepted if not returned within the 10-day grace period. When we have received the return and are satisfied that it is in the same condition in which the
product was sent out, we will issue an exchange for the price of the merchandise less the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Kindly note that item exchange is only allowed for home decor, jewelry, and accessories, and strictly not allowed for crystals & healing products.
